When the “how-long-do­-I-brush­-with­-Crest” calls switched to the man­-in-­the-­moon logo controversy, Kavita answered people’s concerns deftly. This early experience taught her to stay on message, cover the main points, present the features, advantages and benefits, position her message/client as the go-­to source, and ask for the business.
